DUBAI’S MOST POPULAR BEACH YOGA CLASS
Take part in a beautiful and relaxing beach yoga class on Kite Beach - #YogaSundays
We launched #YogaSundays 🧘♀️🧘♂️🤸♀️🤸♂️ in November 2018, to thank our guests and the Dubai beach goers community. The beach yoga class is every Sunday morning on Kite Beach (Jumeirah), from 9AM to 10AM, starting from Sunday 15th October 2023. The class is free for Sole Mio customer who purchase the ticket for the same day. For everyone else who wants to attend our yoga class is 50AED which are entirely used to pay for beach cleaners who collect micro plastic from Kite Beach twice a week. These are the little things that create a sense of community and help make Kite Beach the best in Dubai :)
When is the beach yoga class?
The yoga class on Kite Beach is every Sunday morning from 9AM until 10AM. The beac yoga class will run until the end of April 2023. Hopefully a little longer if the weather allows it.

At Sole Mio beach club on Kite Beach. Find the location here.
How much is the beach yoga class?
The class is free for Sole Mio customers. You have to present a receipt to prove you have been a customer at least once in the past 2 months. Another option is to buy a Beach Day Pass for 120 AED, that you can redeem any time. If you are not interested in the beach club, you can pay the beach yoga class 50 AED, which are used to pay cleaners to remove micro plastic from the beach.
Who is the yoga instructor?
The resident yoga instructor is the legendary Sarah White. You can follow her on Instagram at @sar_white. Please check our instagram page for more information about who is the yoga instructor that specific day.
Is the yoga class open to everyone?
Yes, the yoga class is open to everyone, from beginners to advance yogi, from kids to adults. We have a very diverse group of people attending
How to register to the class?
You can book your seat online. Just click on the BOOK NOW button at the bottom of the screen. You can also follow us on Instagram @solemio_dxb and send us a direct message to register. We provide a towel if you don’t have a yoga mat.
